The staff worked hard to fulfill my needs. I requested dinner in advance after a long trip. They set a table next to the fireplace for a relaxing meal. (It seemed like home!)

A Nice Stay!

The staff was helpful (especially Hicham, the hotel manager!). He offered guidance on navigating the area and provided useful recommendations. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. We ate them in the charming courtyard next to the pool.

I found the staff helpful and cute. the riad provided useful tips for navigating the medina (it was a real help!). the room was clean. It matched the description exactly.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in some areas, though nothing major.

the manager arranged airport pickup, which eased our arrival significantly. he also assisted with a navigation app for exploring the city. staff ensured needs were met throughout the stay.

Excellent Medina Experience

Hisham helped us download a map app with key sights. It was very helpful for navigating the Medina's labyrinth. The dinner was delicious and featured a petal strewn table. The place is tastefully decorated with art and clean walls.

sound issues and payment oddity

the staff was very helpful in guiding us with directions in the souks after check-in.
Our room wasn't very soundproof and it was a problem. a family with little kids stayed right below us and woke us up at 5:30 am. they were screaming and crying until they left. It ruined sleep. also, they only took cash even though their website says they accept card payments so it caught me off guard.

some issues detracted from the experience
inconvenient payment
the noise really bothered me. it was impossible to sleep past 6:30 am because of constant hammering.. also, i was surprised to learn that card payments weren't accepted. i had to find an atm to withdraw cash, a definite inconvenience.
