the location was perfect and right in the heart of everything. the staff had excellent communication before i arrived which set my mind at ease. i chose this hotel because of its proximity to the sun terrace areas, a vital part of my trip.
the street did have some noise late into the night.

the staff were super friendly and helpful. they gave valuable recommendations. the room was clean and had all necessary amenities. its location is amazing for those who would like to stay directly in the center.
the rooms need some fixing and renovating quick. i had a problem with hot water in the shower sometimes. it was not nice after a long day of exploring with no hot water for relax.

The staff was amazing! they helped me book a trip to the waterfalls at a great price. they also provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants. The food was AMAZING!!!
the sound isolation was non-existent. I could hear everything. the rooms weren't cleaned . The trash wasn't taken out either.

The room i stayed in lacked adequate soundproofing. I could hear street noise late into the night. additionally, the promised hot water was inconsistent. the furniture showed signs of wear, specifically drawers were missing handles.

The location allowed easy access to central attractions. I found it convenient. The staff provided valuable recommendations. answered all my questions promptly. I was happy the room was quite clean with all the amenities needed.
The room lacked proper sound isolation, so street noises were audible late into the night I could hear everything from downstairs. This sometimes disturbed my sleep.
