the breakfast was awesome. the rooftop terrace with a pool is really great. the breakfast options included a good array of treats.
the sliding window did not close properly. cold air and street noise were very present in the room. i believe the hotel was initially a beautiful place, but it has not been looked after properly.

The hotel staff was helpful. The breakfast included delicious harcha. The rooftop pool was great. I could find many restaurants nearby that enhanced my stay. I found the staff very friendly and always ready to help. The people at the front desk were very cute. They opened taxi doors and greeted me upon arrival.
It began early in the morning. This made relaxing in my room difficult, though I did appreciate the prompt response when I raised the concern.

The room included a comfy bed, contributing to restful nights. The beautiful double room offered ample space. A nice balcony added to the room's appeal, offering a spot to unwind.

The staff provided excellent, helpful service. One person in particular, Mr Hamza from concierge was very well informed. He was also helpful in getting us taxis. They looked after my luggage.

The location provides very close proximity to the Medina. It is also near the main Boulevard. Several bus stops nearby offered easy access to other areas. The hotel's quiet location was a plus.

The staff was so kind and helpful. fatimazara, in particular, was really nice. She has great customer service. the location is also very good.
the towels were old, and they had some tears. also, the shower had mold on the walls, which wasn't good.
