charming hotel on a perfect plaza

i found the hotel to be a beautiful mix of traditional style with comfort. i liked that the hotel is on a nice plaza near the avenida metro station. my room faced a side street ensuring i didn't hear any outside noise. i also appreciated the in-room nespresso machine allowing me a quick morning coffee.

i noticed the breakfast service could be improved with better and faster refills during peak hours

the room was super clean it was nicely decorated and comfortable it included a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower the furniture was well-kept and added to the room's overall cozy atmosphere the lighting options were versatile enabling adjustments to suit different moods.

i enjoyed my stay. the location was ideal, it allowed easy access to many attractions. the master suite provided plenty of space with a huge bathroom. breakfast was a real treat too. the hotel staff are always ready to help.

the walls are a little thin, so i did notice some noise from the hallway at times. it wasnt major, just something to be aware of.

The location was very convenient, allowing me to easily walk to many attractions. The room included a nespresso machine which i found useful.

I was disappointed with the noise levels. I stayed in room 102 at the back, and it was right next to staff rooms. Staff started arriving around 6 am and kept coming and going (that was too early for me). This made it very difficult to sleep in.
