the staff were kind and helpful they always were really good too assist with any requests. the location was perfect offering easy access to nearby shopping centers everything was within a short walk. i found the room to be spacious and the bed provided a comfortable sleep i especially appreciated the power shower. the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety and i enjoyed the convenience of the free coffee machine

i noticed the furniture in the room seemed a bit dated some of the drawers were a little loose

I loved the heated swimming pool. It was better than expected. there was plenty of space and comfortable loungers (just what i needed!). all staff were very kind, especially maria at breakfast. breakfast was fine and i got a large balcony with ok beds!

i noticed people smoking everywhere around the hotel and i really hated that. it's not allowed, but most people did it anyway. maybe the hotel can enforce that a bit more.

The reception staff were friendly and cool. They were always ready to help. i could tell the team works hard to accommodate requests and solve problems, which i appreciate! i received amazing service and the staff definitely elevated the whole experience.

the breakfast buffet had an excellent range of choices (especially the fresh fruit!). they catered to many tastes and had a warm choice, continental options, and pastries. the breakfast was so delicious and kept me going every morning.
