the receptionist gave a great welcome, the person couldn't be more helpful. the location exists IN the square close to every thing.

prompt communication excellent location traditional charm

The staff provided super prompt communication before my arrival. they ensured my comfort in every way. The location proved the best with peacefulness yet close proximity to the square. The accommodation featured traditional charm and cleanliness.

The air conditioning unit was installed, though there was no remote control present.

The hotel has an interior garden! and a rooftop terrace is available . The rooftop provides a better experience due to its open space and available views. The building maintained its traditional style.

Staff members were very helpful and friendly! Badr, the manager, spoke English well. He accommodated my needs quickly. He was available and approachable, giving the place a personal touch.

My room was clean and had a sink inside. The bed was reasonably comfortable, more so than some I have used in Morocco. The bathroom was clean. Regular cleaning kept the space fresh.

staff communication superb location

The staff communications were amazing, I got prompt replies before arrival! they really were very good too ensure I was comfortable. I think the location is superb. It's peaceful, yet just a short walk from the bustling square.

I thought the air conditioning wasn't working super well.
