animation team pool flumes convenient location

the animation team provided entertainment. the main pool had flumes which the kids enjoyed a lot. i found the location good, with the beach about a 15-minute walk away. the town was even closer, and there were shops and bars nearby.

uncomfortable sofa bed repetitive food

I was quite disappointed with a few things. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. It felt old and worn. the food was quite repetitive, not much variety , and sometimes, I noticed the glasses and plates were not clean. It seemed like a known issue, but no visible improvements happened.

I appreciate the restaurant with its varied cuisine that is well-seasoned. My bungalow had air conditioning, an italian shower, a terrace, and a patio with a clothes rack. Shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap were also included (very useful!).

The apartment was very clean with air conditioning. I found the food selection very good, with plenty of options. The main pool featured slides, excellent for families, and there was a lifeguard on duty. The reception staff were very accessible and really friendly and helpful (they always greeted me with a smile).

The hotel is located conveniently, offering a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. I enjoyed the short walk down to the town, about 10 minutes. This made exploring local attractions easy, especially in the evenings.

Our room included a lovely pull-out double bed, very convenient for families. The walking shower was gorgeous and added a touch of luxury to the experience. The room refurbishment made a noticeable difference (everything felt new and fresh).

The staff were friendly and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Entertainment staff did an excellent job with the smaller kids. I participated in water polo and aquafit, great fun (thanks to the animation team!).
