The hotel location was acceptable because it was close to many shops.
The room i had was not clean. There was dirt in the corners. There was also mold in the shower, so hygiene was not a priority. The price seemed high, considering the issues with the room.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. the location is really great in the historic part of the city. Everything is close by. i witnessed a local presentation of stallholders in the square in front of the hotel, which happens one saturday a month.
the room was consistently too warm and getting air flow was difficult. there is no a/c

the hotel is near all the shops. it is only a ten minute walk from the train station. the position is perfect for accessing the city center.

the front desk workers were quite friendly. the staff provided excellent restaurant recommendations. they were very helpful and also offered tips for local attractions.

The staff's restaurant recommendations were acceptable.
The room was not clean (I noticed mold in the shower). The bed felt worn, and it was not comfortable. There was also significant noise at night since the rooms face the square.
