The hotel is conveniently close to the metro. This made it easy to get around the area. The staff were very helpful and always available. Breakfast offered good service by Sirley.
The room was simple. There was a parking area near the street with a fee. I would have liked a different experience.

The location was fantastic. i was right across from the metro station. This made traveling around super easy! plus, the breakfast was pretty good, it had everything i needed for a quick bite. the staff were also really sweet and helpful, which i appreciated!
the beds really weren't that comfortable. they felt really firm, which impacted my sleep. the bathroom was also pretty small. moving around in it was tricky, and the shower curtain allowed water to leak out. the lack of a fridge in the room was inconvenient too.

i had an early flight. the hotel stored my luggage all day, i didn't have to carry it around. breakfast was simple and delicious. it had everything i wanted. public transport was easily accessible. the staff members were all very sweet. i will repeat in the future.
the pillows felt uncomfortable. getting hot water was an issue, i only had it in the morning. the furniture needs an update to make the room better.

the hotel sits a few minutes walk from marques de pombal. sight seeing buses start nearby. it makes exploring very convenient. the area felt peaceful.
