limited varietyunpleasant odor
The room lacked sufficient power outlets, a major inconvenience for charging devices. breakfast lacked variety. Hot food options were quite limited. the bathroom was small, made maneuvering difficult, especially for more than one person. there was also a noticeable sewage odor in the bathroom i found unpleasant.

the location was superb i found travel options plentiful and the city center was within easy walking distance the room was clean daily bed towels were changed the reception staff were helpful i got assistance with directions and recommendations. breakfast included fresh ham cheese eggs and tomatoes i enjoyed rolls bread cake cereal tea and coffee

the reception staff demonstrated true kindness , allowing me to store my luggage before check-in , and providing access to a changing room after a very long flight. the location proved excellent , situated close to marquês de pombal and parque eduardo vii , with a myriad of restaurants and cafes just around the corner. i found the health faucet in the washroom quite unique , it's the first i've encountered in europe.

The location was very convenient with plenty of options for getting around, and it was a short walk to the main centre. the staff were very polite and helpful. They really went out of their way to. i really enjoyed the breakfast. It had good value for the money. the hotel was well maintained too, which i appreciated!!!
my room only had four sockets, and two of them didn't work. the tv channels also weren't working. i spoke to reception to get someone to check it, and they said they would send someone the next day. i had already left the hotel, and no one came to check.

the staff was very polite and eager to help in any way possible. they offered advice about places to visit and how to get around, and they were available at all hours.
