i stayed in a studio with kitchenette. the kitchenette was comfortable. the bathroom was great too. the location was super walkable. i loved the amazing grocery store next door.
i find the hotel not have air conditioning. despite ac installed, i cannot control the temperature. i pay for amenity and cannot use it. this is very bad.

i found the self check-in process straightforward i received clear instructions and codes promptly the digital lockers in the luggage area offered convenience after checkout i explored the surroundings easily. the location suited me well i walked to bairro alto in about fifteen minutes.
the room felt a bit small not really impeding the stay but being noticeable

the check-in process was smooth. the hotel is close to the rato metro station. a supermarket is next door. the rooms have a contemporary design, they are clean and well kept.
the room was quite small. it also looked used. i noticed stains on the walls.

there is a lovely cafe next to the supermarket. a quirky second-hand market offers delicious fish, i ate sardinha there. a restaurant is just opposite this hotel. a rooftop bar can be found on the opposite side.

the room was clean. it had a good interior. the shower and toilet area are spacious. there were plenty of towels available.
during my stay, there was a fire alarm at night. there was no one to manage the facility in an emergency. i waited on the street for almost an hour. there was no apology for the situation.
