I found the location quite convenient. A supermarket was directly across the street. a metro station was also just a block away. the bedroom was quite nice and clean.
there was no toilet brush in my bathroom, a minor inconvenience.

the hotel location was convenient near transport links.
the shower had design flaws, the water leaked all over the floor during each use. cleaning staff also didn't replace toiletries, specifically the toilet paper. this meant i had to ask for a new roll from the reception.

i really expected a better service. the room lacked basic ammenities. no tea or coffee facilities were available and i found the reception staff was quite slow and unhelpful.

I appreciated the proximity to a supermarket right across the street. The room had ample space and a comfortable bed which was perfect. Leaving my luggage before check-in was not a problem. I also found pastry shops and coffee nearby.
I ended up paying extra to park elsewhere. No toiletries were available, and the room lacked a mini bar. Dinner was not available upon my arrival.

The hotel featured helpful staff that promptly addressed requests like providing a kettle, shaving set, mugs, and slippers. They provided clear instructions regarding laundry and overall the staff was very helpful.
