amazing staff helpful people late check-out

I found the staff to be amazing, especially the reception desk. The breakfast area was also a standout. It was staffed by helpful people. I especially liked the late check-out option I got, letting me sleep in.

I did notice that the gym seemed a little under-equipped. It could benefit from having a few more machines available. I think this small change would really improve the fitness experience.

the exterior appearance impressed me greatly upon arrival. the front desk personnel, tharin, provided a warm welcome. i enjoyed the tuna sandwich, chicken wings, and nachos at the restaurant. maria at the restaurant showed a pleasant personality.

the water pressure in the bathroom was not optimal.

the staff were helpful and cute when i checked in and out. maria was especially attentive during breakfast. the room was amazingly clean.

the bed felt quite uncomfortable like granite. i also discovered a £10 daily parking charge i didn't anticipate.

The location proved convenient, just a short hop from the airport and major transit routes. maria were very good! she even managed to find a spare charger for my macbook when i forgot mine. It saved my presentation! the light lunch was simple, yet delicious, showcasing the chef's expertise and cheerful demeanor.

the initial room was excessively warm, and the cooling system struggled to keep up even with fans operating at maximum power!
