i found the location superb i could walk almost everywhere i wanted to go in the city the reception staff were helpful with directions i was happy with the room cleanliness. the rooftop pool provided a great way to cool off after a day of sightseeing i especially enjoyed the views from up there. breakfast had many choices the staff were accommodating to my needs.

the open plan bathroom lacked some privacy for me a proper door on the toilet would be an improvement. this design may not suit all travellers who prefer more separation.

Excellent Location, Some Bathroom Quirks

I appreciated the rooftop bar. It was a great spot. It gave beautiful views over the city. I also liked the room size. The closet space was wonderful. The bed and pillows were great. I found the room quite insulated, even though it faced Gran Vía.

I found that the toilet had a glass door. The door did not close properly. It had gaps, so there was zero privacy.
