central locationreliable informationclean roomfaulty air conditioning
the location was central I found easy access to major attractions and the metro was nearby too. the staff offered reliable information and quick assistance. the room was spacious and clean providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing
the air conditioning barely worked and management had no solution to fix it which impacted my comfort level

poor soundproofingmissing label
the room was not very soundproof. i could hear noises from everywhere. also, the details were lacking, especially considering the price. for example the shower had two containers with different colored liquids, but there was no label to indicate which was shower gel and which was shampoo..

the location was acceptable. it provided easy access to the metro.
the noise from the restaurant downstairs was unbearable. one night, a conference event took place in the restaurant. the staff started dragging equipment before 7:00 am and continued after midnight (this was so annoying). the noise was jarring and made it difficult to sleep.

The location was superb I appreciated the close proximity to key attractions. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. I was pleased with the room upgrade I received I got a great view. The building had a rooftop terrace and it gave an amazing view of the Palace.
The light within the room could have been better I found it a bit dim for some tasks.

The room had good quality bedding on a comfortable bed and included a small table plus a small refrigerator. There was also a coffee maker and facilities available for tea. I was very grateful for these conveniences. The room was also quiet.

Breakfast was served next door at a café. I found the art nouveau decor to be charming. The breakfast provided a simple and hearty start to the day I was thankful for this. There were good restaurants nearby.
