FANTASTIC stay in a Woodland Waterside Lodge!

The four bedrooms in the Woodland Waterside Lodge were a GREAT size. The beds were ALL comfy, i must say! The kitchen had a HUGE fridge freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The kids REALLY loved the hot tub and the play area.
The carpet in the living area could use a clean. That's the only thing I would like to mention.

I had dinner in the bar, they do GREAT offers on kids meals, i recommend that you order at the bar and not through the QR code to get the deal. It's very practical.

Our four bedrooms in our lodge were spacious and comfortable, it was AMAZING! The provided kitchen was equipped with a very big fridge freezer, a modern dishwasher, and a convenient washing machine, everything perfect.

The lodge looks recently refurbished. It felt clean. The staff were great. They were helpful and friendly. The hot tub was checked a couple of times a day. It was a decent size.
The restaurant didn't open till 4pm, which wasn't good. the site is very close to a busy main road and train line, so there is constant traffic noise. this noise continues day and night. It is not tranquil.

The staff was friendly and helpful , responding promptly to our requests.
Upon arrival , I encountered several issues with the lodge. The TV in the bedroom did not work and the tap was dripping constantly. I had to call for assistance multiple times to resolve these problems.

the park was very clean and well maintained . the staff was friendly and helpful with all my questions about local attractions.
the restaurant hours were limited , made it difficult to plan meals. the wifi signal was weak in certain areas of the park it was sometimes hard to stay connected.

i liked that our static caravan had plush furnishings and modern amenities. the washing machine was a big plus for us. the site was quiet (it was still term time). there is a decent playground for kids.
