poor maintenancevery basic breakfast
the room was not quite what I expected. the provided breakfast was VERY basic. I think a double room needs more than a small amount of beans. also, some maintenance is needed because the blinds didn't work correctly and let in lots of light. the shower head kept falling, so a proper shower was not possible.

My double room private bathroom was modern. the bathroom was excellent. the room was also spacious and clean, so i had a good night sleep and felt i got good value for the money. the bed was comfortable, i must say.
The shopping trolley abandoned in the car park wasn't a good sign on arrival, i must say. It was a little off-putting.

the hotel is located in a nice area. it is convenient for those needing a place for a one-night stay or for work purposes, which suited me perfectly. the ease of getting into the rooms was also great.

the shared kitchen had good facilities. it included everything needed, and it was very clean! there was a kettle and fridge in my room. it was very pleasant to have a tv for entertainment .

breakfast was convenient, i liked the do-it-yourself approach. the quantity of the breakfast was ok, and i thought the cereals were of good quality. i was glad to see that there were complimentary breakfast bits available.

communication was good before and ! the security measures were good, and i felt safe. the contactless service felt modern and efficient, offering a hassle-free experience and i was pleased.

the room was warm it was also spacious. i found plenty of tea coffee and hot chocolate. there was a fridge containing real milk i did not expect this. Housekeepers were friendly they kept everything clean.
the breakfast provided was complimentary i'm grateful however, i think a larger portion of beans should be available in the double room.

breakfast is a do it yourself arrangement that suited me well. the kitchen was very clean. i was the only person there at the time enjoying my meal. it was a calm experience.

onsite parking was excellent. i experienced great communication regarding access. the coded access was very easy to use. my room was on the ground floor at the front of the building.

the host supplied extra blankets when i requested them. there is a large kitchen available with some kitchenware. public transport to the city is located next to the accommodation. the service was very quick.

I stayed in a double room. the room was spacious and it had a fridge. plenty of tea and coffee were available in the room. the car park was private. I appreciated that.
there was only one shared bathroom. it felt more like a hostel than a hotel. the blinds in the bedroom were broken! and there were no curtains.
