the breakfast included was really good with a great selection of items.
The room was cold upon arrival. It took 30 minutes to heat up after switching on the heating. the heating also turns off when you leave the room, meaning it's cold when you return. i found a draft from the window, which also didn't work properly. the bed was terrible, and the pillows were so flat that even two together didn't make one.

my key card stopped working each day. reception closed early, leaving no staff members available. as a single traveler, this was concerning.

wow, a totally awesome stay!
huge varietysuper clean roomfriendly staffgreat heating
the included breakfast was a total lifesaver and had so much variety, i was in heaven! the room felt so spacious and was totally super clean when i arrived. i found the staff were super friendly. also, i was really happy the room had great heating and air-conditioning that worked!
i have to say, the window could not be opened and i was sad about this.

the hotel is super close to the town centre, i walked everywhere easily. you can quickly reach both the train and bus stations, , made travelling easy and st stephens is basically across the road, it rocks!

my room felt really spacious and it had everything i needed for my stay, so cool! the bed was very comfortable and i had a great night's sleep every night. also the bathroom was clean and worked flawlessly.
