The room was spacious and very clean. i appreciated the complimentary shower gel, hand wash, and lotion provided. the coffee shop downstairs was convenient. I got morning coffee and pastries. it also served alcoholic drinks and soft drinks in the evening.

The hotel included a cafeteria. It seemed to serve appealing food, though i only had coffee. bus stations and a metro line were conveniently close. It was just about two minutes away. a taxi station was right in front. I found this very convenient!

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. the reception staff was cute. they even provided a free drink per person if you opted to skip the room cleaning. I thought this was a nice gesture.

The location was excellent! a short walk took me to plaza mayor. it was convenient to walk to the city center. many restaurants and neighborhood supermarkets were easily accessible. i found everything i needed nearby. Public transport connections were great!

The hotel has a great location near Puerta de Toledo. The room included a large window and brought in plenty of natural light. The lobby bar offered good service and prices. Major attractions are within walking distance from the hotel.
The air conditioning did not function well and the room was very hot. The breakfast selection had a lot of options but the quality could be improved. I chose to eat breakfast elsewhere on the second day.

I found the subway access to be a real benefit. it was just a minute's walk away. the staff were helpful. They addressed all my needs quickly. the room was clean. The bathroom was especially nice and spacious.
The design of the hotel felt a bit off. The furniture seemed inexpensive. breakfast in the basement seemed like being in a playroom without windows. the food quality at breakfast was poor. The scrambled eggs looked to be made from powder.

The hotel advertised onsite parking, though it turned out to be only suitable for small cars. The public car park charged a higher rate than expected. I asked the manager for a parking reduction paper but he refused, claiming I should have requested it prior to parking. This detail was not shared beforehand, I found it a bit misleading.
