excellent location with helpful staff
perfect locationmain attractionhelpful staff
the location was excellent. all main tourist attractions were easily accessible by foot. the vibrant nightlife was close by and opposite gran via metro stop if needed. the staff was nice and very helpful.
the room was quite basic. i noticed free drinking water was only provided on the first day. no one took away used cups so there was a bit of clutter.

there is one large table, it encourages a communal atmosphere. however, guests seeking more private dining might find the close proximity of tables somewhat restrictive. i noted the breakfast options were adequate.

the antique-style lift seemed well kept. the hotel also offers convenient access to the gran via metro stop. i didn't use all the facilities but the hotel kept historical charm.

The desk staff was helpful. they were accommodating with requests . they offered directions and advice about local places to visit. It was much appreciated.
