i ADORED the location as it provided easy access to attractions and dining. The helpful receptionist gave AMAZING restaurant recommendations which added a special touch. i received an unexpected upgrade to a spacious penthouse room, and it filled me with joy.
the air conditioning was centrally controlled, and it did shut down in the evening , made the room warm.

the staff is forthcoming and also courteous. Check-in involved a bit of paperwork, however the staff addressed everything smoothly. The receptionist offered excellent advice on nearby places to visit and enjoy. They are efficient and professional.

the room was artistic with a large space! the shower was great. the central location allowed convenient walks around the area. i spent three nights there and found it had more tapas places than i could visit.
The underfloor heating was on full blast and had no individual room control. It was unbearable.

The super nice team! They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. My room had a balcony. It faced the street, and I enjoyed watching the lively atmosphere below!
The breakfast required a visit to the neighboring hotel. This needed dressing to go out. The ground floor has a tapas restaurant and it was quite loud!

The central a/c wasn't great, shutting off around 6 pm. it didn't come back on until 8 am the next morning. the room was too hot at night, around 30 degrees. madrid in summer is hot. Good sleep wasn't possible, even though the hotel was clean.
