the location is stellar it's steps from puerta del sol. my room was quiet despite being so central i appreciated that. the room was also very clean it.
the ac was a bit outdated but the staff provided a fan which was really helpful.

this place is super central i was just a minute from sol metro. gran via is also only a two minute walk making it easy to get around. everything is really within walking distance here.

The location is definitely a highlight. I found myself just steps away from the sol metro station. i also appreciated the 24-hour reception. It added a sense of security and convenience..
the bathroom was quite small. i am not a tall person, but i still found it a bit cramped. there were also some broken tiles in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. the receptionist did not answer the phone when i tried to call..

i had a room on the fourth floor. It featured a window overlooking the street. The view matched the website description. The room was cozy. The bed was fairly comfortable. A starbucks existed next door, so i skipped the coin coffee.
