The location was convenient, especially as i arrived by train at atocha station. it was literally across the street! the staff was also helpful. They quickly addressed my questions, really awesome.
The room was smaller than i expected, and maneuvering around the furniture was a bit tight. also, the television remote didn't work properly. I tried several times to change channels, and it was super frustrating.

I found the hotel very close to the station, so convenient after a long journey. the room was impeccably clean and offered excellent amenities. It reminded me of a sweet embrace. breakfast was also excellent, a good start to each day. it was a haven near the heart of everything!
The tv had some issues with english channels. I longed to unwind with a familiar show, but it was not to be. it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay. A small detail i hope they mend.

i stayed three nights. the room was so clean. the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were useful. the staff seemed so helpful and friendly. breakfast was fresh with a lot options. the location seemed perfect for the airport bus and visiting the cultural area.
i booked a room with a balcony. i also wanted city views but i didn't got those. they said i didn't book it. they treat me like im stupid. i show the page, they ignored me.

The location was great, directly across from the train station. It was convenient for my travel plans.
I was annoyed to find mold in the shower and hair on the bathroom floor when I checked in. I thought the extra charge for arriving a little early was outrageous too (specifically 40 euro).
