The staff were helpful. They provided fans when I asked. when my mother left something in the room, they offered to post it! The restaurant was excellent. I enjoyed both an evening meal and breakfast. Both were served by lovely staff.
I wish there was bottled water in the room, it would have been nice, especially late at night.

The room included all the usual facilities. It had a clean appearance. The room was a nice size with a lovely bed. A fridge was also available, which I really liked!

The Italian restaurant served excellent food! The service was great. I enjoyed a lovely table with natural light, and the staff looked after us very well! The menu had interesting dishes.

Parking on site was an absolute gem! It was a definite advantage. The hotel has a large car park. This made coming and going very easy, especially with my medical appointments.

The room I occupied had a distinct lack of soundproofing. Street noise permeated the walls all night. the breakfast service had long waits and the staff seemed overwhelmed, the breakfast buffet choices were lacking. There were limited selections.

the bedroom was everything was super clean. it was also very tidy. the bed was super comfortable. free parking was easy to find and access.

the breakfast has poached eggs, cooked perfectly in a traditional pan of water. there is also a restaurant, it has a wide ranging menu. i choose also a nice wine.
