The hotel's location was excellent for getting around. Paddington station is so close! the staff were cheerful and helpful. we managed to check in early, a big help. i also appreciated that they quickly arranged for my courier to pick up a forgotten item.
The room, though clean, was quite small. It felt a bit cramped with luggage. i wished there was more space to move around comfortably.

I found the hotel conveniently located near two train stations. rooms was cleaned every day. That was good. complimentary continental breakfasts provided a decent start to the day. staff are friendly, they helped me with directions.
The room was very small. I had limited space to move around.

the location was great, a quick 5-minute walk from paddington station. i found many food options nearby, very convenient. staff, especially samuel, offered a friendly and helpful check-in, which i greatly appreciated. the room felt clean and modern, with mood lighting and functional air conditioning.
the room felt a little small for two people with two suitcases, but i managed fine for my short visit.
