A peaceful getaway

The room had all necessary utilities it was very clean. Twin beds were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was filling and diverse. I found many choices I loved. The location is also a big plus since there is a subway stop to reach the centre directly.
The fan in our bathroom was faulty and wouldn't turn off. It was really annoying while trying to sleep.

The hotel offers a secure covered parking area, a huge convenience arriving by car. You can also find a make your own waffle maker. Breakfast is GREAT with A wide selection.

The hotel is close to the tube. I discovered this offered easy access to central areas of the city. It is just outside the tube station on the left side there is also a wonderful fish and chip shop, offering a local dining option.

The queen room was quite modern and acceptable.
The on-site manager was rude and not helpful. I wanted to check in early since I had travelled, but they wanted to charge an exorbitant fee. I consider this unacceptable.

The breakfast offered a good selection of food. The fitness centre had surprisingly good equipment. I also found the staff to be unfailingly helpful and polite. Gary at reception deserves special recognition for his fantastic customer service. He was very attentive to detail.
The parking fee seemed quite high. I paid £20 per night just to have my car there, which I thought was excessive.

meslul at the front desk helped us with an early room. the room had a nice atmosphere and was very clean. the tube station was a short walk away. the location meant carrying bags wasn't a long trek!
i noticed some minor scuff marks on the walls, but it didn't really impact the stay.

queen room seemed pretty modern. it had a nice firm mattress and pillows.
there wasn't enough staff, the reception was often empty. i was told i needed to pay £20 per night for parking, it was quite DISAPPOINTING. dinner looked standard, not appetising at ALL.

GREAT stay NEAR THE UNDERGROUND

The hotel rooms were very clean, and i found them very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of items, and the waffle machine was a NICE touch. The location is near the underground station and made travel easy. i found the staff very friendly and always ready to help.
The air conditioning was not working very well , so the room got uncomfortably warm AT times.

The gym features treadmills and stationary bikes, so i could exercise easily. Meeting rooms are available for business needs, which i didn't use. Vending machines provide snacks and drinks. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi.

Staff members were polite. they were helpful throughout our stay. The reception desk operates 24 hours a day. This made check-in and check-out easy. The staff addressed requests promptly. Luggage storage is available.

Our twin room featured comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. This was very important. The room included a television and a work desk. A hairdryer and toiletries were provided. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy.
