The staff WAS excellent and the location was very convenient.
My room faced the railway line. The noise from the trains running ALL night made it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. It sounded like the train was going to crash right into the room. I would NEVER stay in that room again.

the location was convenient. i could store my luggage after checkout, a real help. the hotel provided coffee in the lobby at all times, a nice perk.
my room was very small, situated just below the reception area. i was often awakened by noise from above at all hours. it was a bit disturbing

the staff was attentive. i found the proximity to victoria station very convenient, enabling quick trips around the city. the room was clean and the air conditioning worked efficiently, a welcome relief during warmer days.
the room size felt somewhat limited, especially when trying to manage luggage.

The location was excellent. It was just a few minutes walk from the station (so convenient!). the staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were efficient. they stored our bags for a few hours until our train home. I appreciated this extra touch.
the room we stayed in was small and located in the basement. i could also hear the noise from trains at night, and this did affect my sleep.

the location IS convenient to the bus station. front desk service was ACCEPTABLE.
the room was very small for two people. the bed was squeezed against the wall creating less space. it also got TOO noisy at night because of railway noises.
