great location friendly staff clean room
the location is excellent, right next to kings cross. i found the staff quite friendly. the room was clean upon arrival, i was very grateful.
the stairs were a bit narrow, making carrying luggage slightly tricky.

The location offered easy access to transportation (especially the underground). The staff members were very helpful. My room had nice, thick, white towels (a small detail that I appreciated).

awesome stay near king's cross!
room upgrade comfortable bed
i got a fantastic upgrade to a room that included an en suite, it was so much better than i expected! the bed was super comfortable too. they gave me all the usual things i needed including fresh towels and soap. a hairdryer was also in the room, so i didn't need to use the iron or ironing board in the hall.
the basement room was tiny and it did not have much air circulating. the kettle was also a bit rusty, but that was my only complaint!

breakfast isn't offered at the hotel, but it is very close to loads of great places where you can grab a bite. several local cafes and restaurants offer convenient choices, they are easily accessible for a quick meal.

my double room had all of the necessities. i found fresh towels, complimentary tea bags, and essential toiletries provided daily. the room included a comfortable bed with clean linens. the room size was adequate for my needs.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. one receptionist, irina, was especially professional. She provided great service. the team keeps the luggage safe. I felt very secure.

great location functional room convenient station nearby cafes
this hotel has A GREAT location near major train stations. the room was functional for a quick overnight stay before catching an early train. the proximity to kings cross and st pancras stations was very convenient. nearby cafes offered options for breakfast.
the room i had was fairly small, though adequate for a short stay.

the receptionists were helpful and friendly . the staff assisted promptly when i accidentally locked myself out of my room. they also showed understanding when i checked out slightly late.
