The location was GREAT with many food places nearby. I appreciated that the reception desk was really helpful, especially Sukh and Ahmad. I asked for a room with an attached bath and toilet and they arranged that for me (i was very grateful).
The air conditioning did NOT have enough cooling power in the room.

The staff offered helpful assistance during check-in and throughout the stay, resolving queries quickly. Staff members were available at the reception desk 24/7 for any assistance needed. They provided directions and information about local attractions.

the location was acceptable as a base for my travels.
the state of the room was quite poor. the tv did not function, and despite reporting this issue to three staff members, no one addressed it.. additionally, there was no kettle available in the room for making tea or coffee.

the location is very close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. a short walk took us to the station (it was convenient). it granted quick access to heathrow terminal 4. we found a wetherspoons pub about 200 metres away (perfect for a quick meal).
the shower did not have a separate space to change clothes. bringing the shower hose down was not possible. it could be hard not to get hair wet, if you have long hair and don't want to wet it.
