excellent stay in the heart of the city
great locationcharming spacewide selectionwell trained staff
the location is great for exploring. it is very convenient to visit many attractions and the subway station. the hotel has charming common spaces with beautiful design. the breakfast offers a wide selection of options to start the day. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
the air conditioner turned itself off every night, a minor inconvenience.

the hotel is near piazza bellini, a cute and lively area. i could easily walk to many sights in the historic center. the subway station is also within a short walking distance, very practical.

the breakfast buffet offered varied, fresh options. the hotel provided small seating areas, perfect for reading if weather wasn't great. I also secure hotel and left my luggage without worries while exploring.
i had to use a set of stairs to get to and from my room. i find it impossible to carry your own luggage.

the location was good, near many restaurants. i found staff at breakfast helpful. the hotel was close to many bars.

the staff seemed nice enough to me.
my room air conditioner didn't work right. it kept turning itself off through the night, this cause big problems. also, the location wasn't great since it's in a car restricted area and getting there was difficult.

the location was quite good it was very close to everything. i found the breakfast satisfying with many choices i also appreciated the friendly staff i felt really welcomed.
i had issues with the air conditioning it turned itself off every night that was annoying. i noticed the bed covers seemed dirty sometimes the pillows too hygiene is very important to me
