The room was nice sized, very spacious, really. i found the staff to be friendly! i liked the food offerings. They were well presented, of good quality, and good value. the service was great, too.
the main room light didn't work, a minor inconvenience. i really think blackout curtains are needed, though, it could be much better!

The hotel and garden were larger than i expected! the large lounges had comfortable seating, and there was a pleasant outlook. the swimming pool added an additional benefit. It was clean and well kept.

the staff were friendly. they managed a great mix of formal and friendly. the young man on reception was especially helpful, so it was a very positive and cute experience!

the hotel and garden were larger than i expected. there was a touch of relaxed elegance with the pleasant patio and very spacious lounges had comfortable seating. a large nicely furnished room was serviced daily.
the hotel is very dated in some areas and includes threadbare carpets in the rooms. this gives the impression that the place is dirty.

The indoor swimming pool was a great facility to have available. The grounds were attractive and very well maintained (I really appreciated the garden views!). I found the breakfast tasty, with well-presented food. Every staff member I encountered was friendly. They were always willing to assist with any requests.
I noticed some areas in the hotel that looked a bit dated.

The restaurant served astounding quality food and had an excellent range. i enjoyed that there were good leisure facilities available. the location was NICE. It was easy to reach.
the pool felt a LITTLE unsafe because the floor was very slippery to walk on.
