The caravan had nice furnishings. It was also clean. Parking was right next to the caravan. It made carrying our belongings very easy.
The pillows provided were quite thin.

the silver caravan lodge was nice it was cozy with full cooking facilities i found all necessary utensils were provided. the staff were great the location was excellent with the bus stop nearby for getting around town and beyond
i found the play park was very small it seemed to cater to children of all ages so separate areas would be useful. many of the arcade machines did not work while i was there there was no full time attendant available to respond to issues

The caravan was furnished beautifully. It was also spotlessly clean. Parking was next to the van, so carrying bags was easy.
The accommodation could be cleaner. Paths to the accommodation need attention. The hot tub was emptied while we were still there.

The grounds were well maintained. The staff I talked to were friendly. The on-site shop was helpful. I found the main reception efficient.
The chalets are very dated. Damp was present inside. The bathroom was dated. The shower had poor water pressure.

the chalet was clean it was also in a woodland setting i needed it for a short stay. the microwave was functional the fridge also worked.
the silver lodge had many issues it smelled damp i noticed broken furniture i saw the tv remote was also broken.

woodland retreat review

the bronze chalet was spacious. it had two bedrooms, a decent bathroom with a shower, and a great small kitchen with everything. it was clean and the beds was clean too. the woodland setting felt beautiful to me. the pool is basic but well organized. i found booked time slots meant it didn't get too crowded.
we had a problem upon arrival. we tried to check in a little early to avoid traffic. our lodge wasn't ready yet. we saw other people checking in even those with later check-in times. it seemed we was given a lodge after everyone else had checked in.

the location felt peaceful. there are lovely woodland settings. the site is a short drive from the beach and local attractions. the holiday park has landscaping that looks fab.
