friendly staff helpful staff shower flood toilet issue
The staff was REALLY friendly and nice. They were very accommodating and helpful. I'm thankful for that. We needed to extend our stay. They moved things around so we could stay in the same room.
The shower flooded. I could not maintain the flow of water while showering. The toilet could not remove the waste by just flushing. This was a problem.

friendly staff secure storage great location small tv old-fashioned place soft mattress
The staff was very friendly, and they let me store my bike in the garage! they even supported my cycling trip. That was so thoughtful. the location was great too because lidl was just across the road. everything was clean and tidy, which i appreciated.
The tv in my room was small. I could barely see it. the place seemed quite old-fashioned. It could use some updating. also, the mattress was too soft for my liking, not firm enough.

clean room spacious room convenient fridge friendly staff
the double room private bathroom was clean and spacious. i found the fridge in the room very useful for storing drinks. the location was ideal , and the staff were very friendly on arrival. parking was available and that was a definite bonus.
the shower spray strength was a bit weak , but it was not a significant problem.

the guesthouse is conveniently located close to supermarkets , with sainsbury's and lidl nearby, providing easy access to groceries and essentials , ensuring i had everything i needed.

the guesthouse does not offer breakfast , but this suited me perfectly because of my dietary intolerances , as it allowed me to choose and prepare my own meals and snacks according to my needs , which was much appreciated.
