The Falmouth Hotel enjoys a superb location, placing guests within an easy walk to the town center, railway station, and Pendennis Castle. Many appreciate the sea views available, sometimes from spacious balconies. While some guests have noted that the Edwardian building shows signs of age and could use some updating, others found the gym, sauna, and swimming pool to be relaxing additions to their stay, and enjoyed meals in Castle View.

friendly staff tasty breakfast easy walk damp smell threadbare carpet small window
I really liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the service are top notch. The breakfast were also good and tasty. Another selling point is the close proximity to the beach. It is located within easy walking distance.
My room smelled a bit damp. I notice that the carpet looked threadbare. The window was so small. Only one person could look out at a time.

black gunk poor breakfast
the bed was comfy enough.
I found a couple of issues i did not appreciate. the whirlpool bath seemed nice, but when i used it, black gunk came out. the breakfast was also quite poor. The scrambled eggs were microwaved, and the sausage was cheap. orange juice ran out, and there was no hot chocolate because the bar wasn't open. it cost 20 pounds per person. i felt that it was unacceptable.
