The location was very close to Las Ramblas. The beds had soft sheets and were quite firm! Breakfast included unlimited coffee, which I greatly appreciated. The staff was helpful and professional. They seemed caring.
The room lacked a kettle, so making tea wasn't possible.

i found the location to be very convenient. la rambla and important squares are nearby. the metro station is within walking distance. several supermarkets are also close. the reception is open 24 hours, a plus.
the room i stayed in felt a bit shabby. the only window opened onto the central walkway. the glass was not fully in the frame, leaving an opening.

the room was spacious and basic, but functional. air conditioning worked well, ESSENTIAL. towels and a miniature soap were provided. i had a comfortable stay for the price.

The location is very convenient. It is easy to get around. the staff was helpful and friendly. even though checkout was at 11, they let me keep my baggage at reception. this was very useful for a late flight.
the room felt very humid. i made a noise about it and they changed my room. the second one was better. at least there was no humidity.

Underwhelming Stay. Significant Shortcomings

I was assigned a Double or Twin Room. The room was not good. I found multiple maintenance issues. The shower cubicle was very small, even for a person of average height. The bed was unacceptably firm. It caused back pain. I also found the breakfast limited. More variety would have been welcome.
