The staff were helpful at reception! rooms were super clean and included a fridge plus a kettle with tea and coffee. The large tv had bbc news! a hairdryer and toiletries were provided! the location was excellent for touring around, right on las rambla. it was very walkable with many places to dine.
I noticed a slight vibration. I think it was from the subway.

The hotel's location is ideal with easy access to the metro green line. I was upgraded to a Premium room with a balcony. This balcony overlooked Las Ramblas offering a splendid view. The building features unusual design elements showing a history dating back to 1700.
I noticed some hair on the bathroom tiles upon arrival. It looked the area was not cleaned thoroughly.

The location was great. I could quickly walk to many attractions. the staff was friendly and always ready to help me with directions.
The room was small. I found it a bit cramped. also, there was quite a lot of street noise from la rambla late into the night, and i could feel the metro.

the staff was helpful. they offered me the use of their meeting room for an important interview, i appreciated that. i also found the staff member who greeted us took our bags in from the foyer and placed them in our room, and i felt grateful for this service.
the noise from the rambla was noticeable at times. i also experienced some cigarette smoke drifting into my room, and i found it slightly bothersome.
