the location was ideal, within walking distance to most attractions.
the room was NOT soundproof. i heard EVERYTHING from noise outside to the plumbing down the walls when someone showered. the room had hair ALL over the floor when i arrived and SOME pillows were stained.

The staff was friendly. The location is close to many cafes. I found many restaurants within a short walking distance.. This made dining convenient.
The room needed some maintenance. I saw some dust in corners. USB plug sockets were a nice touch however they did not work.

the location proved very convenient. i found many good restaurants nearby, one located directly downstairs. the room was nice, boasting a huge bed and effective air conditioning. the staff were super kind and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests.
during my stay, i found that the housekeeping service was not up to par. one night, i returned to my room to find that they forgot to bring towels. i expected a higher level of attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the room.
