The location was excellent. It made exploring quite easy. the staff proved kind! they were always ready with directions and suggestions. the room included a tea and coffee machine, and that came with complimentary tea and coffee. it was a lovely touch!
the sliding wooden door to the bathroom seemed difficult to slide open and close. it didn't portray a high degree of quality.

The staff replaced towels when needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I found the staff kind and they responded to my needs. Daily cleaning was available in the room.
Street noise made sleep difficult so earplugs are recommended.
