The smell in the room wasn't pleasant. There was NO ventilation, and it smelled like mildew. The hotel also does not provide an iron in every room. I Had to request one daily and return it after use.

i found the location excellent for exploring the city. it was an easy walk to many attractions. the proximity to metro stations made accessing other sites simple. i also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially regarding recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
the air conditioning seemed almost nonexistent , made it tricky to sleep comfortably. the bed felt quite firm too.

my room was quite clean, and housekeeping maintained it daily. the room size was adequate for my needs. i had a tv in the room, but i didn't use it.

Staff members were really friendly and willing to assist with directions. the night auditor, carlos, was particularly helpful, he always provided quick assistance. We loved his calm approach. any questions were quickly answered.
