surprisingly lovely stay!

the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it was served exactly as we requested. the staff listened carefully and ensured my runny egg was perfect. the location is really close to north pier. i found it easy to walk along the beachfront or into town.
the room heating didn't fully work, but a small heater was provided.

the breakfast was delicious and the staff was so helpful! it was very close to many amenities and the beautiful seafront. i really loved how clean and spacious the rooms were, too.
the central heating didn't work, so i had to use the electric heater that was provided.

The room was small. It felt cramped and claustrophobic. The breakfast was a complete letdown. It looked unappetizing. I also spotted black mould on the wall in one corner of the room, disgusting (and a health hazard!).

cassie at the reception was lovely. my grandson even gave her a hug. the owners brought coffee to me outside in the morning when i had a cigarette. they even adapted the breakfast for my partner to accommodate his disability.
the room decor felt dated. the bedlinen and towels seemed worn.

i've stayed a few nights and was like one of the family, nice. even had my relatives stay over. the location was good, so the value was very good too!
the immediate area around the hotel sometimes had a lot of noise, this impacted my sleep slightly.
