pearl and geoff were lovely hosts. they helped with luggage. reserved parking for two cars proved helpful for our large family.
the room was dated and needed a total overhaul. i saw poorly fitted lining paper with bulges on the walls. the curtains seemed old , from the 1970s.

The hotel's location near the Pleasure Beach was convenient (perfect for a quick walk). The free pool table and table football in the bar were a hit with the kids, and the exotic pets were a fascinating and unexpected bonus.
The room felt somewhat dated, and the decor needs a bit of an update. I noticed poorly fitted lining paper with bulges on the walls, and the curtains seemed quite old.
