The location worked out. It was convenient.
The mini-fridge was quite noisy. It was hard to ignore at night and I had trouble falling asleep. This detracted from what would have been an okay stay.

Vickie and rory. the location was superb, it was right next to a garden and the town centre. the bar downstairs was a highlight. I could relax before going out.
the room was very dated. the towels and sheets looked years old. i noticed dampness patches on the roof.

The location is very close to the Winter Gardens. The drinks at the bar were strong, and I was thankful for the generous pours. The bed in the room was comfy. A mini-fridge was also provided. I appreciated that.
The noise of other guests sometimes travelled through the walls, so it was a little bit disturbing

vicky and rory are very hospitable hosts i found. the bar downstairs offered a place to relax. the hotel is near the winter gardens which was very convenient. i appreciated the clean and tidy room.
the mini fridge made some noise.

vicky and rory were always available to help with any questions i had. they created a cute atmosphere with a friendly attitude. the service enhanced my experience and i felt cared for.
