Pat gave a friendly welcome at arrival. He provided local information. The guest house felt homely, it was nicely decorated. The garden in front is a SUN trap.
I noticed the front of the hotel required thorough cleaning.

Pat was a great host, very cute and informative. He was always smiling, nothing was too much trouble. I could not recommend this guest house enough.
