The location is central I found it satisfactory for accessing local amenities.
The room I booked was not the one I received. I was given a smaller room. This change impacted my stay negatively. The hotel did not offer a resolution.

reasonable stay in the center
amazing location bus station clean room old building reception absence concern cause
the location was amazing. it was five minutes from the bus station. it was five minutes from the city centre. the main square was really close. the room was big enough and clean. the air conditioning worked fine. they provide complimentary water.
it is an old fashioned building. there isn't a reception all day. this did cause me some concern.

central location cliff views old building limited reception
The location is very central. Restaurants surround it and it is quite close to the bus station. Caldera cliff views are a short walk away. Amazing views are easy to find.
The building seems a bit old. There is no reception operating at all times. These factors were noticeable.

Central and cute
central location friendly staff great air conditioning
The location is very central, close to restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions (i appreciate their help!). The air conditioning worked great in my room, a welcome relief from the heat.
The building seemed a little old, and the reception wasn't staffed 24/7.
