The location was REALLY central. It meant I was close to everything I needed. The air conditioning worked efficiently. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist.

The building is somewhat old fashioned. There isn't a reception available around the clock. I found the sound insulation to be only reasonably effective, so some noise was noticeable at times.

the location was amazing. it was five minutes from the bus station. it was five minutes from the city centre. the main square was really close. the room was big enough and clean. the air conditioning worked fine. they provide complimentary water.

it is an old fashioned building. there isn't a reception all day. this did cause me some concern.

The location is very central. Restaurants surround it and it is quite close to the bus station. Caldera cliff views are a short walk away. Amazing views are easy to find.

The building seems a bit old. There is no reception operating at all times. These factors were noticeable.

The location is very central, close to restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions (i appreciate their help!). The air conditioning worked great in my room, a welcome relief from the heat.
