the staff were friendly and helpful. it was a positive aspect of my stay.
i was quite disappointed with some things. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. i found some hairs in the bathroom and the floor did not seem very clean. the wi-fi was also slow and unreliable. it.

i found my stay quite pleasing. the two-bedroom apartment was spacious. the outdoor areas were great for family gatherings. i thought the staff were efficient and helpful. the location is a convenient walk to many restaurants and the harbour. wifi access was reliable throughout the hotel.
the vending machine near the top pool was out of service. i did think a virtual ordering system could address this minor inconvenience. it is a small point, but it could improve the overall experience.

the resort had several pools, including a main pool and a private villa pool, allowing guests to choose their preferred swimming environment. regular maintenance was evident as gardeners and pool technicians kept everything in good order.

the staff consistently demonstrated warmth and attentiveness. the cleaning team did an excellent job, maintaining a super clean environment throughout my stay. bar staff also were very helpful, as were reception workers.

the location was quite convenient, close to many places to dine and shop. Rooms were kept super clean with fresh towels every other day. the air conditioning WORKED very well.
I found that the luggage storage after checkout lacked security. Suitcases were in the open reception area. there was no information about shower access after checking out. this limited my last day as i was unaware of using the pools and showering afterward.
