a perfect anniversary stay

i celebrated my wedding anniversary with my husband. the hotel was impeccably clean, it had a boutique style. our shower room was large and very warm. the location was great and we managed to park outside for free.
i found there was nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom. the continental breakfast was probably the worst breakfast i ever had. the fruit salad was not fresh, the yoghurts were muller. the toast was thin bread.

the continental breakfast included pastries and cooked meats. the owner, roberto, delivered it in a nice basket. this breakfast service added a personal touch. staff went out of their way to help me dietarywise.

the hotel is situated in a perfect location. it is near the beach, amusements, restaurants, and bars. lord street is just one minute away. i found the promenade was practically on the doorstep.

cute staffbreakfast hamper
The staff was cute! The breakfast included a hamper with Parma ham, cheese, croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish pastries, jams, and butter. Cereals, fruit, yogurts, coffee, and juice were available also. The bar is lovely and clean. The owner is charming. I spent time in the bar chatting about football.
The parking has only two spaces!

uncomfortable bedunfresh fruit salad
the bed was not comfortable. it felt too soft, so i didn't sleep well. there wasn't enough space in the bathroom to put my things. also, i was expecting a better breakfast. the fruit salad wasn't fresh at all.
