FANTASTIC stay NEAR EVERYTHING!
superb location generous selection daily housekeeping welcome touch
The hotel's location WAS superb, being so close to the bus station made airport transfers easy. The breakfast buffet had a VERY generous selection, including many local products, a HUGE plus for experiencing local cuisine. Daily housekeeping kept the room super clean, the complimentary bottled water was a welcome touch after exploring all day. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay.
The air conditioning unit was positioned directly opposite the bed. I found that a bit uncomfortable.

Staff members were helpful with directions and provided quick responses to requests. They were available at the front desk 24/7, ensuring all needs were promptly addressed. The daily room cleaning service provided fresh towels and toiletries. I found this to be consistent and efficient. Breakfast was replenished regularly.

The hotel provided a location close to the bus station. This proved useful for travel. i found a large balcony with ample space in my room. complimentary bottled water in the fridge was a plus. housekeeping provided a daily service, a nice touch.
the air conditioning unit's position opposite the beds directed cold air onto guests, which i found slightly bothersome.

The breakfast was extraordinary! It featured fresh orange juice and a lot of variety for different diets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. I could easily walk to the main square.

the location is super convenient, right next to the bus station. the room was a decent size and the air conditioning worked perfectly. i also appreciated the daily complimentary bottled water in the fridge.
the gym was a bit outdated, some of the equipment needs replacement.

easy travel walking distance city sightseeing free water
i really enjoyed my stay. the hotel is near the bus station for easy travel. the old town is also within walking distance for sightseeing. i liked the complimentary water bottles provided daily in the fridge.
the shower was a bit small.

huge balcony complimentary water hot coffee unhelpful staff small shower annoying air conditioning
My superior double room had a HUGE balcony with deck chairs. The fridge had complimentary bottles of water. The breakfast was good and the coffee was hot.
The staff couldn't help with changing my reservation, and they didn't allow early check-in. Showers were REALLY small. The air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. This was annoying.
