Convenient Stay Near Transportation
perfect location helpful staff
The location proved perfect for my travel needs. I arrived by coach and appreciated the hotel's proximity to the bus station directly across the street. The staff members were helpful with directions and local information.
the room lacked a mirror in the bedroom. This made tasks like applying makeup somewhat challenging and inconvenient. I believe adding a mirror would significantly improve the room's functionality.

the double room was a good size. i found the bed very comfortable. the staff was helpful and check-in was easy. i really liked the extra heater provided. its closeness to the arena made it perfect for my needs.
the room was a bit too basic. it lacked some small details that could improve the stay.

The pub downstairs offers a convenient space. It has plenty of room on the ground floor and upstairs. the beer is well-kept and they serve their holts beer bitter, it's spot on. And the dark mild is worth trying.

mixed feelings about this stay
poor sound insulation basic cash register ticket
The staff at the pub were friendly and helpful. I appreciated their assistance.
My room lacked proper sound insulation, i could clearly hear street noise and conversations from neighboring rooms. this made it difficult to sleep (even with earplugs). also, getting an invoice with my name on it proved impossible. I only received a basic cash register ticket. i needed a proper invoice for expenses.

basic stay with some issues
small room outside noise
the room was quite small, i didn't expect it to be so tiny. it felt a bit cramped, to be honest. also, i noticed quite a bit of noise from outside (it was difficult to ignore it). i guess i hoped for something a bit more peaceful for sleeping.

great location friendly staff beer selection hot room missing hooks bad smell
the location was superb. it was close to tram stations, i found the staff very friendly. the pub downstairs had a great selection of beer, i was grateful.
The room was quite hot. Opening the window wasn't an option. there weren't many hooks to hang towels. i also noticed a distinct smell in the stairwell. It wasn't very pleasant.
