the staff was very friendly and professional, especially a young lady with north african look who checked us in and out. she provided a fine welcome and a genuine goodbye. this positive attitude should be taken into consideration when dealing with guests.
crumbs were on a chair. the inter connecting door in the room is badly designed, i could hear the suite next door. the general appearance was untidy. access to the suite was difficult through passages and stairs, and the keys were faulty

My room was spacious! It had everything I needed. The staff were very pleasant and sweet. The location was perfect. The train station was just a few minutes away!!!
I did not get the room I booked. The room I wanted wasn't available after I spoke to the reception about the mistake. I overpaid for the room. The external noise was a disturbance. Loud music from nearby areas lasted until 1 am on weekends.

The hotel is in a great spot, a quick walk from the train station. The staff was so nice and gave me a map, then showed me all the cool places to see during my short visit. My room was clean, and the bed was so comfy! I slept really well.
It was a little walk outside. It would be nice if check-in was in the same building.
