The hotel has a location near the central train station. It made travel to and from the airport simple. The room was very clean. It was also functional. The lobby was clean, it served as a dining area and meeting point.
I smelled the odor of instant noodles cooking in my room. A water kettle was absent from the room. The toilet lacked proper washing facilities. The desk light did not work.

The location is perfect because it is near the train station. The breakfast was varied and suited everyone. Staff members were friendly and helpful, I felt welcome. The hotel is very modern and cozy.
The room cleaning only occurred every fourth morning. This was not ideal. The invoice I requested at checkout was never sent. I left my email address twice for them.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. during check-in, they explained all details clearly and ensured i felt welcome. the staff gifted me a wonderful bucket filled with drinks and snacks for my birthday. It was such a kind gesture. the location is excellent as it is just a short walk from the train station making access simple.
i wasn't informed in advance that the room does not get cleaned every three days, also, fresh towels are only available until 11 p.m., after this, i'd have to ask at the lobby the next morning.

the hotel has relaxing outdoor areas for all guests. the self-draft beer station was amazing!!! the playground is also big, giving visitors a lot of space to sit and children more space to play.

I loved how close the hotel was to everything. I could walk to all the cool spots. the receptionists were also so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. I wanted to stay longer! the room had a modern vibe. i really liked the window seat where i could chill and read.
The cleaning schedule was a bit strange. Rooms get cleaned every four days, so if you are staying less, there is a charge for cleaning. it was minor. though!
